Kurt and his siblings are all from a local reservation and we are unknown of their true breed as it could be so many.

Kurt is a sweet, smart, and affectionate pup who loves being close to his people. He’s happy to curl up beside you for cuddles after a bit of play and enjoys feeling included in everyday life.

He’s already learning his basics like sit and no, is doing very well with crate training, and is making great progress with house training. Kurt is in his puppy chewing phase but redirects easily to toys and is eager to please.

Kurt does wonderfully with other dogs and especially loves his larger foster brother, who helps boost his confidence. He is also cat-friendly and respectful around them.

He may be a little shy when first meeting new people, but once he warms up, he becomes a loving, loyal little shadow who just wants to be near you.

Kurt would thrive in a home that can offer patience, continued training, and lots of love — and he’d be happy with another dog or as a devoted solo companion.
