7 year old female

Birth Date 30/12/2016

Fostered in Dorval QC

Hi everyone, my name is Rosette but my foster mom calls me Rosie. I’ve been crossing my paws every night in hopes of finding my furever home. I am an Alaskan mix, and finally got the chance to retire from the dog sledding industry.

Meet Rosette, a 7 year old Alaskan mix who was finally able to retire from the dog sledding industry. Rosie is now looking for a forever family that will provide her with a calm, supportive, and patient environment while she continues to gain confidence in this new found life. She has been serving others her whole life and it’s time for us to serve her. Rosie still has challenges to overcome, although each day she becomes the confident dog she always should have been. She has reservations with men and may take a little bit to warm up to new men. She is great with kids and larger sized dogs. A home without cats and small dogs is ideal for Rosie. Although she has her fears, Rosie is the sweetest girl who adores curling up on the couch for a cuddle and a good nap. She is a simple girl who is loving her retired life style. She has now discovered the joy of playing with toys and loves to run around the yard with her ball. Rosie is now fully potty trained! Her leash training is a work in progress but with the right harness and a positive attitude, Rosie continues to improve each day. This sweet girl is beyond ready to find her forever people. If you’re looking for a dog to build a deep connection with, cuddle with, and bring an insane amount of joy into your life while you watch them flourish in their new found confidence, Rosie is waiting for you!

Rosette is spayed, dewormed, UTD on vaccines and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $400.
