Hi there, I'm Tate – though my friends sometimes call me Tater, Tater-tot, or even Po-tater! You might recognize me from the Yellowstone litter. I am a Mastiff mix of sorts, but I like to think of myself as a little champion with plenty of heart and a hint of playful mischief. Born on a frosty December day as one of eight adorable pups, I've always known I was my mama's favorite. I'm pretty sure I remember being born first, so I like to say I’m older by a few minutes. A few minutes is a lot if you're waiting for breakfast! I'm a total cuddle bug, always up for snuggles, naps, and playful romps. I love hanging out with the big dogs at playtime and showing off my spirited personality. Even though they are bigger than I am and a lot older, I definitely hold my own (and find good hiding spots they cannot fit into when I need a break—I love that trick). I even love the cat, and one day I know she will love me too. I'm crate trained and steadily perfecting my potty skills. And while I might not be the biggest fan of cold weather or snowy days, nothing beats curling up in a warm, cozy spot on the couch—especially when there's a funny YouTube video of squirrels on the screen. My perfect match is someone who will love me forever. I may be cute and small now, but just wait until I'm a big, lovable boy taking up a whole lot more of the couch. I'll need you to love me just as much then!
