Minnow is a playful, spirited pup with a big personality and an even bigger love for water! Whether she’s diving headfirst into the doggy pool, chasing the hose with wild delight, or splashing around to fetch underwater treasures, Minnow is in her happy place!

She’s also a bit of a goofball with a strong independent streak—often sneaking off to find the coolest, comfiest corner in the house for a solo nap. But don’t be fooled—Minnow is the instigator when it comes to playtime and always keeps the energy going.

Highly food-motivated, this smart girl is picking up her manners quickly. She knows how to sit for her meals, is working on housetraining, and is learning not to snatch treats or counter surf (though she thinks it’s worth a try if it smells really good). With consistent training and a snack in hand, she’s an eager student.

Minnow is still young and full of life—she’s the last to wind down at night and the first to bounce out of bed in the morning. As soon as she sees you stir, she’s ready to take on the day—with tail wags and kisses of course! She’s a cuddle bug when the time is right and never turns down a belly rub.

She gets along beautifully with the older resident dog, respectfully following his lead. While she can be cautious with new people, she sticks close to those she trusts. She’s a bit unsure around the three-year-old in her foster home, but given quiet patience, Minnow will crawl over, belly low, to offer gentle kisses.
